The Knot Art Project is a multi-artist collaboration put together by Isaac Hastings.
“Knot Art” (a piece of book matched wood made by Isaac) is used as a reference for other artists to work from. Like a Rorschach test each artist individually interprets what they see and then creates a visual display by drawing, painting, sculpting, photographing, or printing. This allows the viewer of the work to see each artists vision and process.
